Parkway Contracting specializes in grass cutting and maintaining your property whether that be a small residential lot, or a large sized commercial property. We have weekly maintenance packages which can include, but are not limited to cutting, trimming, fertilizing and gardening. We offer prices based on a per cut basis, per week basis or a seasonal package depending on what suits your needs. 02. Land Management/Lot Clearing
Our land management and land clearing department will help and guide you along the way to deciding what might work best for your project. We offer land clearing and management where even the thickest brush and trees are of no issue. With large style industrial rotary cutters, forestry heads on skid steers and front-end loaders there is no job too large. Our experience and expertise has led us to acquiring Ministry contracts along the QEW and 401 along with commercial land clearing for developers. 03. Phragmite Control
With experience comes expertise and professionalism. Phragmite control has become more prominent in the last 10 years since the Environment of Canada and the Ministry of Natural Resources has issued warnings and information on this invasive species. Parkway Contracting is well versed in Phragmite control and has cut over 1500 hectares in the last 10 years. We’ve worked side by side with the Ministry of Transportation and local townships to work on controlling this species.
